Chad Lee

Manager

After spending 8 years in the United States Marine Corp as a diagnostic tech, Chad went on to earn a degree in HVAC. In his free time, he enjoys being with his son, as well as building things from wood and working on cars. Chad is a fixer by nature and is extremely good at diagnosing complex issues.

James White

Lead Tech Manager

James is a senior HVAC tech and has been in the industry since 1999. James is a expert in geothermal systems and high efficiency conventional equipment. When not working, he enjoys kayaking with his wife.

Ryan Turner

Dispatch Manager

Originally from Hazard, Ryan attended auctioneer school prior to joining us at Synergy. He has EPA Certification and is working towards getting his HVAC Journeyman License. In his free time, he enjoys riding horses with his wife. They have a Saddlebred named Winslow and a Quarter Horse named Cal, along with their dog Mira, a Boxer.

Fernando Olguin

Fernando is originally from Mexico and has been in America for 15 years. He is a perfectionist by nature so his spray foam quality is the best in Kentucky! Our customers love him, and have given him many good Google reviews! When not working, Fernando enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his 3 children.

Brandon Franz

Comfort Advisor

Brandon is a Kentucky native who’s invested the past 25 years as a tradesman in the HVAC and electrical profession. He and his wife Twyla live in the Hamburg part of Lexington where they are raising their 3 kids. They are members of Southland Church, where he serves as a volunteer leader of middle school ministry and is also involved in men’s ministry. When not working or spending time with family Brandon will likely be lifting at the gym, planning a bike adventure, or nerding out on his latest hobby.

Austin Goodlet

We affectionately refer to Austin as “Goody” because he is such a good guy! Born and raised in Lawrenceburg, he is a second generation electrician and started his career as a kid carrying his father’s tools. In his free time, he enjoys fishing with his young son.

Dylan Simpson

Dylan is a graduate of Bryan Station high school and went on to become a US Navy veteran. He is a Ky state licensed journeyman electrician and worked his way up at Synergy from apprentice to electrical lead. Dylan is a perfectionist by nature so his work is always clean and top notch.

Luke Chapman

Luke is a lead solar installer and electrician with an electrical Journeyman’s license, making him one of the youngest techs to do so in central KY. We are very proud of his hard work and dedication!

Corey McCoy

Technician

Corey is a Ky state licensed journeyman HVAC installer. He has been with Synergy since 2018 and worked his way up from apprentice to lead installer doing things the “Synergy way” . In his spare time he likes spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Mike Wilson

Technician

Mike grew up in a family HVAC business and has been an installer all of his life. While one of Synergy’s older installers, Mike often works circles around the younger guys. He spends his free time with his young son and two dogs.

Nick Whan

Nick attended Centre College and the University of Kentucky. Nick became interested in renewable energy at UK and graduated from there with a Bachelor’s of Science in Agricultural Economics. His +9 handicap couldn’t quite take him to the PGA, but we love having him at Synergy Home!

Sebastian Prater

Insulation Technician

Sebastian was born and raised in Lexington. As a technician on the spray foam crew, his small size gives him an advantage of being able to get into tight attics and crawlspaces, making him a very valuable member of our team. Sebastian has 2 young daughters that he adores! In his spare time he enjoys watching a good tv show to relax.
